    This was fun to watch! I love the many ways you showed us how to move and change our typical positions of being seen. There was so much aliveness when your whole body flowed. I’m going to play with this today. 🙂

    Katie – you are brilliant in this video. I experienced your expressions and form of communication as playful and profound. I particularly loved, and laughed, when you came and looked in the edge of the camera close up.     Ta da! Thanks for clearly demonstrating how to easily change a stuck belief pattern. I experimented with moving my body when I noticed feeling stuck about what to write next for a project I’m working on. Like magic I shifted from sitting still at the computer in a state of worry-warting to moving around and feeling a lot more energized. It wasn’t until I started moving that I realized how “stuck” in a thought pattern I had been. Now I feel clearer and my words are starting to flow.
