    I’m thankful you brought up the loop of awareness. I’m finding that when I first feel discontent-, before I even know if it’s anger, sadness, fear, projection or transference- I’ve REALLY benefitted from simply giving myself attention. Answers and solutions and most importantly open, breathing, reality awareness seem to just flow from my roots.

    I like it so much I even tied two of my bracelets together as a reminder to flow my attention!

    Thanks for sharing these! I started watching another video and managed to click on this one accidentally (simultaneously). And it was exactly what I didn’t know I was looking for. 🙂 As I bring more of this work in to my massage practice, I’m excited to have these reminders as well.
