What vision do you have for your life and your coaching practice?

I have 2 threads in my vision for coaching others, that of empowering people to have conscious, inspired relationships and supporting the awakening of peoples self awareness and then exploring with them what they most want to create in their lives.

What are the top three things you love about coaching?

– I love to be with people in a state of curiosity to see what wants to emerge from within them as they access creative solutions, ideas, aha’s and things that were beyond what they already knew.
– I love being surprised by the wisdom and love and opening that happens during a session.
– I loved deeply listening through the layers into what each person is most wanting.

Before I started coaching I …

Taught yoga, meditation and breathwork for 20 years, but as far back as I can remember people have always shared with me about what was going on below the surface in their lives. So I feel like I have been coaching since I was about 11 years old.

What makes you laugh?

Jack, the man in my life.

The legacy I want to leave behind is …

a big game and that you can create whatever you want in it and it can be easy, fun and glorious. I want to have influenced a large number of people to fully embody their conscious awakening and for each of them to go out in the world in their way and share with others. I want to leave the legacy of having shared and modeled a deeply loving, conscious relationship that inspires others and I also leave the legacy of two magnificent, conscious, extraordinary sons, who I know will bring great things to the world.

Who are your top three people you would want to coach and why?

– I have a vision of going to the House of Representatives and coaching Congress in Breathing and Presencing.
– I would like to coach female Leadership groups about shifting from “Victim to Creator” and how to have high-functioning group dynamics.
– I would like to coach Bill and Hillary Clinton in their relationship, because I think they are both in transformative times in their lives and can influence many others.

What were the greatest benefits you received from studying at the Hendricks Institute?

I learned the foundational skills of relationship which have catapulted my life into new arenas, I learned that equation: minimal effort for maximum benefit, and I learned from Gay and Katie about abundant generosity. I once told Gay, “Learning from you two is like being given a treasure chest filled with riches and then being given more”.

The movie that inspired me most was…

well there have been many, but one was a documentary called A Touch of Greatness about a teacher who challenged traditional education in the 1940’s and found creative ways to open minds and bring out the children’s genius and talents. Why? It showed how much difference one person can make in the lives of so many, simply by choosing to see the greatness in each one of them.

The book that inspired me most was…

hen I was 10 years old, I read Jonathon Livingston’s Seagull and had an awakening that made me want to “go all the way” in this life (whatever that would mean to me) and to be a teacher for others to do the same.

What brings you the most joy in your day to day life?

These days the things that are bringing me the most joy are my creative projects in my work, leading my year-long Immersion program which begins in October, leading trainings, coaching and the new man in my life who I am opening my heart to.

What ten things could you not do without?

Community, my health, moving my body, my work, love, inspiration, playing, creating, teaching, hugs

What are you up to?

My passion is sharing cutting-edge consciousness skills with people to influence beneficial change in the world. I am devoted to exploring and expanding peoples personal awareness, as well as assisting them to engage and take action in the world.
One of the current projects that I am excited about is my 9-month Leadership and Coaching Immersion program which is about to begin this October.
In this program we focus on each person finding their life purpose and illuminating their unique gifts and genius qualities. I also train people with body-centered coaching skills and to be able to facilitate this work. Some join this program to become coaches and others to take these skills into their current profession and to expand their leadership abilities. Regardless of why people join, they come out the other side transformed and embodying a new level of ease, fun and power.
My other passion is leading retreats and facilitating within organizations, like the YPO, and various business settings, where I hand-tailor programs to best support the groups fullest creative capacity and more importantly a richer life experience for each person.
I also coach couples, and individuals in creating enduring, vibrant, personal and professional relationships.
I am deeply grateful to have work that I love and would rather be doing than almost anything else in the world!
