What vision do you have for your life and your coaching practice?
My vision is this: As I open and expand, I am a catalyst for others’ opening and expanding. In the past 10 years I’ve been blessed with the synchronistic timing of becoming a conscious living coach during this period in history when global consciousness is markedly shifting. The tools and practices I embody and share with others play a role in contributing to our global shift and helps make the world a better place for a long, long time.
What are the top three things you love about coaching?
I love experiencing people transform rapidly and easily. I love challenging long-held group myths about mental illness and what can and cannot be achieved in life. Further, I totally dig that most of the conscious living tools I teach are free and are already wired into the human being; we already know how to do this….it’s just a matter of reprograming ourselves and then committing and re-committing.
Before I started coaching I …

- I’d love to coach the choir at my daughter’s school. I watched them perform the other night and I thought they could use some coaching on Yes Breath.
