What vision do you have for your life and your coaching practice?

My vision is this: As I open and expand, I am a catalyst for others’ opening and expanding. In the past 10 years I’ve been blessed with the synchronistic timing of becoming a conscious living coach during this period in history when global consciousness is markedly shifting. The tools and practices I embody and share with others play a role in contributing to our global shift and helps make the world a better place for a long, long time.

What are the top three things you love about coaching?

I love experiencing people transform rapidly and easily. I love challenging long-held group myths about mental illness and what can and cannot be achieved in life. Further, I totally dig that most of the conscious living tools I teach are free and are already wired into the human being; we already know how to do this….it’s just a matter of reprograming ourselves and then committing and re-committing.

Before I started coaching I …

was coaching and called it psychotherapy!

What makes you laugh?

I have this great automatic response when I tell the truth…I laugh.

The legacy I want to leave behind is …

I believe It is our birthright as human beings to love and respect ourselves and to feel good about ourselves and our life situations most of the time. I’d love to know that I lived a life which helped others achieve this awareness and practice on a grand scale.

Who are your top three people you would want to coach and why?

  1. I’d love to coach Austin musician Bob Schneider. I find him amazingly creative and talented and yet I don’t see that he has achieved the success and recognition congruent with his talent.
  2. I’ve had secret yearnings to coach Barack Obama though I don’t think he really needs it. He impresses me as being conscious and tune-in already. Mainly, I’d love to coach him to show him how skilled he already is.
  3. I’d love to coach the choir at my daughter’s school. I watched them perform the other night and I thought they could use some coaching on Yes Breath.

The greatest benefits of my study at the Hendricks Institute include truly getting the deep value of loving oneself and learning the tools of manifestation. Also, I am more present now than ever before and when I drift I know how to shift almost automatically. That’s amazing!

The movie that inspired me most was _______. Why?

One of my favorite movies is Stranger than Fiction. I was inspired by the notion Dustin Hoffman’s character posed…do you want your life to be a tragedy or a comedy?

The Book?

Conscious Living was the most influential book I’ve ever read; sent me packing straight out to California to my first Hendricks training!

Top 10 things I couldn’t live without?
