What vision do you have for your life and your coaching practice?

I want to live more and more of my time in my genius, coaching individuals and groups. I want to empower people to live truly authentic lives. I want to guide and support them in knowing their true nature, to trust life with its unfolding and to say yes to their own magnificence.
I envision taking groups on amazing, transformational adventures to The Goddess Garden in Costa Rica where they can meditate and fall in love with themselves, each other, and the beautiful nature around us.

What are the top three things you love about coaching?

  1. I love that when I am coaching, I am also learning.
  2. I love witnessing the aliveness and joy after a client has fully expressed their truth, and as they discover how to choose and commit to full expression.
  3. Holding a place of love so my clients can see, feel, and know just how loveable they really are.
3a. Oh, I love hugs before and after a session!

Before I started coaching I …

I believed I would remain in a job that suited my talents, would give me a reasonable income and make me fairly happy. I felt fat, miserable and thought that nobody would ever “really” love me.

What makes you laugh?

I love to laugh. I laugh at myself… I’m hysterical! I laugh when I look back on how serious I was when something stupid happened. I laugh at any spontaneous act of surprise… life is a comedy.

The legacy I want to leave behind is …

There is always enough time to breath into a nice big long hug. The best hugs are the ones that almost feel like taking a mini nap, ahhhh yes…breath, now that’s nice. And if we assume love we can heal the world.

Who are your top three people you would want to coach and why?

Right now it’s the kids on American Idol. They’re young, open and have so many possibilities, especially Crystal Bowersox. She is so talented, could win this, yet she wants to leave the show. I think she is afraid of losing her individuality. It feels like an Upper Limit of success. And then maybe, Kirstie Alley, she’s a mess, and I relate to her somehow, her struggle with weight and relationships. The only difference is she has a lot of money and when you have a lot of money it can be easier to hide from the truth. I would love to help her discover what limiting beliefs are keeping her from having it all. And I would have liked to coach Michael Jackson – I feel like he was misunderstood and in a lot of pain. There was so much more to him than was presented to us to see.

What were the greatest benefits you received from studying at the Hendricks Institute?

I am able to claim my life’s purpose. I remember the course where I stood in front of everyone and said, “I am a life coach helping people transform their lives.” I was shaky and empowered at the same time. Now that I am doing this work I feel so honored. I am now living in my genius as a life coach. I celebrate and love myself more fully then I ever thought possible, and I am blessed to share this way of being. I know how to have more fun while learning!!!
I now have a conscious, healthy, authentic relationship with my partner Satyam. We are both willing to commit and recommit to being allies, assuming love and living our lives together with complete transparency.

The movie that inspired me most was _______. Why?

Harold and Maude, it’s an old classic cult film, but one of my favorites. Harold playing with death and Maude showed him how to live! Live life to the fullest!! And I loved the Cat Steven’s soundtrack, “If you want to sing out, sing out and if you want to be free, be free… cause there’s a million ways to be…you know that there are…” If you want to say yes, say yes! And if you want to say NO say no…”

The Book?

Zero Limits: The Secret Hawaiian System for Wealth, Health, Peace, and More by Joe Vitale, because it teaches the true essence of taking 100% responsibility. I love the understanding that we are truly all one and if anything is happening to you, it is also happening to me and I must clear it for myself by sending love asking for forgiveness with gratitude. “I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me…thank you.” It’s changing my life.
