Shems Heartwell

My passion is to support clients in living fully and feeling the abundance of energy that is all around and within them.
I assist people in:
*becoming energy generators rather than consumers.
*Coming into integrity and finding meaning and purpose.
*living guided by the heart and in resonance with life and the cycles of healthy living systems.
*cultivating and freeing the life force energy to generate what we want in our lives and to contribute to the whole.
*going deeper in relationships and learning from the challenges and experiences that arise.
*releasing negative patterns and unfelt feelings.
I offer individual and relationship coaching in person or over the phone, supporting individuals and couples to go deeper in all areas of their lives.
Rather than listening to another’s opinion about what is right for us, I suggest that we journey into our own center for our truth and watch it flower out.

Shems Answers Top Questions

What vision do you have for your life and your coaching practice?

I see myself continually opening to more energy and purpose in life, while expanding my capacity to give and receive love. As a coach I am excited to share my passion and purpose and to meet each moment with presence and heart. I see myself working individually and teaching more workshops, while developing into a motivational speaker at large events and conferences. I particularly intend to support the youth coming into this world to be bright and to live their greatest gifts.

What are the top three things you love about coaching?

  • Being present in the moment with what is showing up.
  • Creating a space that allows for a gentle letting go and expanding of possibilities.
  • Having the opportunity to whole heartedly be an ally for someone and watch them flower.

Before I started coaching I …

Practiced Bodywork and Acupuncture, continually finding that true healing comes from our commitment to be present with what is happening in our lives. I believe that we magnetize what we need to help heal and open more deeply. What we resist is usually the doorway to more energy and the discovery of something deeper thats wants to happen or be released.

What makes you laugh?

All the many stories and assumptions my mind makes up about life.
Children and the wondrous ways they find to interact with nature.
The play and joy that happens in friendship and community.

The legacy I want to leave behind is this:

The transformation of Humanity from energy consumers to energy generators…..helping to rediscover the infinite energy and life-force available to us in every moment…. filling ourselves up and spreading the abundance of love and good spirit that is within each of us, such that we choose to look for ways to give our gifts rather than looking for what we can get.

Who are your top three people you would want to coach and why?

-People struggling in relationships who feel willing to open to new possibilities and greater love. Because this is one of the ways we can heal the planet. Life is all about relationships!
-Entertainers and movie stars who want to be as real as they are creative. To support the people in the spotlight to live from an authentic, embodied place, so they can be healthy role models.
-World leaders and corporate executives. I wish to assist them to connect with their greatest strengths while releasing any limiting beliefs or patterns that are in the way of their true nature. So they may help change the current we are in and support the much needed balance on this planet.

What were the greatest benefits you received from studying at the Hendricks Institute?
