This weekend is designed to transform your relationship with your body and jump-start your creativity from the inside-out.
We’ll explore body-image with an emphasis on how to befriend your unique form, inner life and most authentic expression.
You’ll discover ways to celebrate your body and your life as a work of art through essence-dressing, creating an artful home, and enjoying the process of creativity as your primary window to being, connecting and collaborating in the world.
Release negative thought-patterns and beliefs about your body-self in this transformative weekend of movement and play that will include strategies for infusing creativity into all areas of your life.

With deep respect for the transformative power of creative expression, she supports those wanting to experience the joy and richness of a creative life through art making and creative play.
